TERMS AND CONDITIONS- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Casa de Oro Travel, Inc. acts solely as an agent for the transportation companies, tour operators, ship and cruise lines hotels, cars, rental companies, wholesalers, consolidators and other service companies and is not responsible for any acts of omission or negligence by them or any of their employees not under the direct control of CDO Travel. Acceptance by the client of the travel documents issued in connection with  the transaction(s) itemized on the front of this form release CDO Travel from every liability, injury, damage claim or expense. Customer agree to hold the agency blameless in making the arrangements on their behalf provided  same made through generally acceptable supplier at the time of the engagement, and further agrees that restitution or damages, if any are claimed we will sought directly from the suppliers. The customer also agree to the terms and conditions of the tour ,cruise  or service organization as set forth in their brochures and/or circulars.

Most transportation , accommodations and affiliated service organization have varying non-refundable policies and where known , we have indicated them on your documents. Please read them carefully to avoid penalties. Specialized trip insurance is available to cover many of the possible travel problems such as cancellations, illness, baggage claims, etc. We strongly recommend purchase of the appropriate trip insurance. Cancellation of the transportation or travel services where you are not at fault  and have not canceled in violation of the terms and conditions of the companies involved sum paid to CDO Travel for service not received by you will be refunded to you upon receipt of such funds from the vendor involved. Please note that CDO Travel, Inc. charges a service fee  for processing exchanges, refunds, cancellations and ticket reissues.  These fees are in addition to any charges that are imposed by the supplier and they are non-refundable.

Right of California Customer to make Claim on the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund

In the event of Casa de Oro Travel, Inc. default, you may be eligible for a refund of up to  15,000.00  from the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. If you were  located in California at the time of your purchase, you have a right to make a claim against the Fund for a refund of any money paid to Casa de Oro Travel, Inc. that is due because of the Agent's bankruptcy, insolvency, cessation of operations, or material failure to provide  the transportation or travel services sold. The claim must be filed  within sixty days (in some limited circumstances, within one year) after you became aware of your loss.
